Yes, I accept insurance for clients residing in Washington State. Please visit the insurance page for a list of insurance I accept. At the present time, my practice is out of network with all insurance carriers in the state of Oregon, so self-pay is required.
The practice primarily focuses on medication management however if needed, I will provide some brief supportive active listening. If further, more intensive therapy is indicated, a referral to a clinician can be initiated.
You may contact the practice to see if the telepsychiatry services I offer and conditions I treat are a fit for your needs. You can expect a reply within 48 hours.
If you have contacted my office and confirmed my practice fits your needs, you will receive an email containing consents, directions and forms to complete from Headway (which manages my insurance claims if you reside in the state of Washington) and AdvancedMD (my Electronic Health Record HIPPA platform). You must complete all required paperwork and account setup prior to scheduling your appointment.

Appointments may be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdaysand Thursday each week. Morning and evening appointments are available.
A superbill of services rendered can be provided to you for submission to your insurance carrier. However, this does not guarantee reimbursement. It is your responsibility to understand the policies of your health insurance carrier. If you are not sure if your insurance is out-of-network, please visit my insurance page for a list of accepted insurances.
You must be prepared to pay in full for your appointment at the time of service if you are out-of-network or a self-pay. Please review my rates and insurance to get details on pricing for new client evaluations and established client follow-up appointments.
I value my current and future client’s time and do my best to make myself available for appointments. Your appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be responsible for $150 for the missed visit.
