New Client Appointment
If you are new to Guided Telepsychiatry Services, please contact the practice to see if the telepsychiatry services I offer and conditions I treat are a fit for what your needs. You can expect a reply within 48 hours. I accept clients that reside in Oregon and Washington State only, so if you live elsewhere, you’ll want to contact a telepscychiatry provider in your home state.

If you have contacted my office and confirmed my practice fits your needs, you will receive an email containing consents, directions and forms to complete from AdvancedMD (my client portal – an Electronic Health Record HIPPA platform).
If you are a resident of the state of Washington and your insurance is on our list of accepted insurances, you will also receive consents, directions and forms to complete from Headway, which will manage your insurance claims.
You must complete all required paperwork and account setup prior to scheduling your new client appointment.

Follow-Up Appointment for Established Client
If you are a current client and want to schedule a follow-up appointment, please schedule it via the HIPPA-compliant Client Portal.
Appointments may be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Morning and evening appointments are available.
